Having spent most of his career in manufacturing, John has a unique skillset revolving around hardware and software that fit the specific needs of a business while keeping cost in mind. He has worked with companies to reduce their hardware costs by migrating services to the cloud, in addition to providing solutions for buying equipment at reduced price. He is well versed in general business processes, which can be used to determine the needs of the users within the business and potential opportunities for improvement or automation using software solutions. John’s background in quality systems also allows him to make recommendations for a business to improve their processes from documentation to physical labor, in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Data collection and analysis can be important to a business’s success, and LCP Ops can assist you with that, from front-end collection, to back-end reporting, having a solid knowledge of database management, scripting, and report creation.

John also has a fairly extensive background in programming, from custom desktop applications using C# programming language, to web utilities using PHP and JavaScript. Interfacing with different database types using web utilities, we are able to provide you with custom solutions for data collection and analysis, as well as real-time data monitoring. If you need a program to track anything, we can make it exactly how you want it, to collect the exact data you want. No more dealing with Excel workbooks and hand written paperwork. We make tools that are useful while preventing bloat. Nobody wants extra information that is unneeded and we can help get rid of that. If you have existing software and it’s possible to customize that, we can also help with that. John has worked with a few different ERP software systems and has done some extensive customizations on those, whether inside of the software itself, or interfacing with it to create custom tools.
